从事乳品质量与安全、食品安全检测技术及便携检测装置研发等方面的科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金、东北农业大学学术骨干人才项目等5项,参与国家重点研发计划项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金委员会与英国皇家学会合作交流项目等项目10余项。近5年,发表论文30余篇,包括SCI一区20篇,单篇IF大于10的12篇,ESI高被引论文5篇。 申请发明专利12项, 在国内外学术会议上做报告10次,主持报告1次,发表会议论文6篇。
